HBA Mission: The Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs promotes policies that allow for the production of safe and attainable housing and enhances the environment for the housing and building industry in El Paso County.
Sales & Marketing Council Purpose: No matter what your role is in the home building industry, the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) helps its members keep their businesses thriving. The council connects people and builds careers through education, information, resources and networking.

Benefits Available to National Sales and Marketing Council Members
The NSMC is exclusively dedicated to the selling and marketing of new homes. Take advantage of resources such as education training programs or earning one of four prestigious designations. Historically, members who earn a designation tend to see significant increases in their annual sales.
NSMC membership also includes discounted application and admission rates to The Nationals, the nation 's largest competition for new home sales and marketing professionals and communities.
During the NAHB International Builders’ Show®, NSMC hosts a variety of activities in the Sales Central. The setting is informal and designed for group discussions and one-on-one networking. It’s the perfect place to meet your next business partner or client.
Members also get access to the information they need to stay on top of the latest trends in new home sales and marketing via Sales + Marketing Ideas magazine.
