A number of technical committees
along with HBA staff monitor the Colorado Springs area for issues affecting the building industry. Our strong membership provides the Association with the force necessary to influence local, state and national officials. These very active committees strive to stay current on important issues in order to keep our members informed.

As a member of the HBA, you receive a subscription to Colorado Builder magazine from the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB) and Professional Builder from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The NAHB also distributes a directory including more than 500 programs, products, services and staff experts to provide you with valuable information. Sales & Marketing Council members receive Sales & Marketing Ideas magazine and Remodelers Council members receive Professional Remodeler magazine - both are national publications.
The HBA membership directory is published annually and is designed as a daily working tool, listing company names, addresses, phone numbers, and contact names, as well as useful resources such as the Buyers Guide, and local government/organizations contact information. Use the online directory
