Membership in the HBA of Colorado Springs means belonging to a larger community – the construction industry. This outstanding group of community business leaders contributes on many levels to bettering themselves, their companies, and the community. They accomplish this by participating in education programs, sharing ideas, serving on committees, implementing changes and working toward common goals for themselves and the industry as a whole.
Builder/Developer/Remodeler Memberships
Builder/Developer/Remodeler Membership (“Builder Member”) shall be open to any person or entity whose business is the construction or remodeling of homes or commercial buildings or the business of land development within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association. This Association’s jurisdiction shall follow and apply, for assessment purposes or otherwise, to any and all other business entities engaged as general contractor of construction or land development, and in which an Association Member is a principal, i.e. has ownership interests or management responsibilities, provided said other business entity activities are within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association.
All members shall agree to abide by the provisions of the Association By-Laws and any amendments thereof, shall subscribe to a Code of Ethics, and shall meet with the approval of the Board of Directors.

Associate Membership shall be open to any person or entity engaged in any allied trade, business, industry, or profession within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association.

Is your Company already a Member of the HBA, but you would like your own membership? Affiliate Memberships are available to any person or entity that is an employee, partner, or wholly owned subsidiary of an Associate Member or Active Builder Member.

An Industry Supporter is not a member of the Housing and Building Association, but allows you to participate or sponsor local events as well as advertise in our members only publications. You will also receive the HBA communication tools—the Friday email and The HOMEFRONT. For a tangible list of benefits, refer to Industry Supporter Application.
An Industry Supporter is for a person or entity engaged in any related trade, business, industry, or profession. This is not available to persons or entities engaged in the construction of housing or commercial buildings or the business of land development. The Industry Supporter is subject to change by the Board of Directors at anytime and without notice.
