General Liability Insurance Program
Contractors in the state of Colorado are experiencing extreme hardship with their liability insurance. Many contractors have had their insurance cancelled or non-renewed, with numerous others facing substantial insurance premium increases. In response to this, the Colorado Association of Home Builders and the HBA of Colorado Springs can now provide a new and unique insurance program to provide liability coverage for contractors on a stand-alone basis.
Our goal is to provide a new, unique, affordable and stable liability insurance program for contractors through profitable underwriting, aggressive claims practices, and various quality controls and risk management programs. The program is administered and managed by Western Pacific Insurance Network, Inc.
Program Highlights
- Policy holders not only have the insurance with the company, they own stock in the company
- Program endorsed by CAHB, with additional premium discounts available for CAHB/Local Chapter members
- Generates revenue to support your Local Chapter programs
- All categories of contractors, subcontractors, and artisan contractors, including new entities are eligible except for contractors working on town homes or condominiums
