The CAHB, HRH Insurance and RTW just introduced a Workers’ Comp program for HBA members.
This new program offers a flat 5% discount on comp rates through RTW and up to an additional 25% in schedule credits for qualified Home Builder members.
RTW was chosen after an exhaustive qualifying process with several of the usual workers comp players. RTW’s unique underwriting and return to work capabilities allows them to identify high risk claims within the first 48 hours. Their claims department is staffed with Registered Nurses to help facilitate the claims process. This allows them to have 57% lower average claim cost vs. the industry and 80% fewer tail claims, all this helps keep premiums low and gets employees back to work.
