QUALIFICATIONS:
-Associates degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of training and experience, Bachelors degree preferred
-Retail or sales background preferred, however, it does not have to be specifically in the homebuilding industry
-Must be able to demonstrate the ability to sell homes and build rapport with all customers
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with various types of internal and external customers
-Ability to work independently, to be assertive and to negotiate win-win situations when resolving issues
-Ability to conduct self in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance that enhances the firms reputation
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support of Sales Goals
-Responsible for having full knowledge of the assigned community, company homes for sale, pricing, pre-arranged financing, standard construction practices, company policies and procedures, the Extranet, the Homeowners Manual and Keller forms and contracts
Sales Process Support and Reporting
-Responsible for maintaining clear and accurate marketing and sales information according to the company’s reporting system, ensuring completeness of all purchase file documents and maintaining organized sales collateral materials in an adequate supply for daily use
Sales Presentation
-Responsible for having outstanding sales presentation skills
Relationship Management
-Responsible for communicating directly with potential customers, buyers, lenders, title companies and others involved in the purchase transaction
Strategic Leadership and Support
-Seek opportunities to advocate the vision, mission, strategic plan and philosophies and profitability of Keller Homes
