Community Coordinator - Aspen View Homes
Job Description:
Aspen View Homes is looking for Community Coordinator to assist the Sales Specialist at our communities. This individual’s responsibilities are not limited, but to include:
Establish rapport with all visitors and demonstrate models and community to prospective buyers.
Oversee community appearance, perform model and sales center opening and closing duties, maintain supply of marketing materials.
Assist Sales Specialist with prospects, Realtors, and sales in progress, to include telephone and written correspondence follow-up
Document and input prospect information into sales management and contact system and maintain documentation of Realtor traffic to submit in (weekly/monthly) report
Review and follow up on all prospect cards regularly.
