Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Customer education of the Arctic Spa advantage, and compares them to the competition in a professional, low pressure, ethical manner.
*Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
*Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
*Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
*Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
*Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
- Tracks product inventory and stocks shelves
- Takes care of customer calls for both sales & service
- Maintains store appearance
- Helps customers with spa maintenance questions and purchases
- Responsible self starter
- Follows through on directives
- Works independently and able to work alone in the store for many hours.
- Multi tasks well
- Writes & presents sophisticated sales presentations
- Works most weekends & some holidays
- Is internet experienced & can use it effectively
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Work with service and delivery staff after the sale.
- Understands and respects the roles of management and staff.

Prior experience in large ticket retail sales (automotive, furniture, luxury goods) is a plus. Training in the spa sales environment available for the right candidate with transferrable skills.
