Trinity Exterior Design is a dynamic growing company that is currently looking to add an Administrative Position to support our Sales and Marketing Efforts.
This person must possess the following attributes to make a good fit within the corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with the flexibility to learn new programs as needed.
- Self-starter with problem solving abilities as each position within our organization takes a leader not a follower.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities with there are multiple tasks that need to be completed.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Potential candidate will be working directly with the Internal Operations Manager and closely with many other employees as well. Outgoing and high energy person a plus as this is a fast paced work environment. Must be able to work independently to accomplish work with little supervision.
