As a Member of the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs, we encourage you to use our logos on your web sites, marketing brochures and other business materials you use. Please review the below Logo Usage Policy and then fill in the acknowledgement form and simply download the logos!

Logo Usage Policy
The Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs allows its Members to download the HBA logos. We want our members to have the freedom of using the logo on their website or to advertise themselves to the public with. With freedom comes responsibility though; we have a few rules regarding the use of our logos that we want to let our members know.
The Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs (HBA) logos are only available for use by active Members of the Housing and Building Association that are in good standing. Individuals or Companies that are not members of the HBA are not permitted to use any of the HBA logos.
- The HBA logo may not be altered in any way, such as, but not limited to, separating the logo from the wording, adding another name or word in the logo, integrating the logo into another logo, changing the font of the logo, or using part of the logo in a separate graphic division.
- The HBA logo must not be tilted and must not be over a pattern such as geometric lines that may be distracting.
- The HBA logos have very specific colors used in them which must not be changed to other colors. The colors are from the Pantone Matching System (PMS) and are PMS 2718 (dark blue), PMS 123 (gold), PMS 389 (green) & PMS 297 (light blue). When printing colors with the HBA logo these colors must be used.
- The HBA logo must not be reversed so the white space is a color and the color white.
- The positioning of the HBA logo along with other logos must follow these guidelines; multiple logos must be the same size unless one logo is used as a design element, spacing guidelines must be followed, and the HBA logo must be placed to the right of the logo with which it has the closest relationship.
- For Video Production the HBA logo must appear in its proper configuration for a full three seconds
- For Audio Production the following words may be said, “A productions of (company’s name), a member of the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs.
- Usage of the HBA member logo does not imply endorsement of a product, service or company by the HBA and cannot be used as such.
