Customer Care Center - Affiliated Computer Services (ACS)

Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) needs to hire 300 more people at its new Colorado Springs customer care center. Positions are customer care agents, managers, supervisors and trainers and are needed to accommodate increased business activity.

These jobs are part of the 600 new positions which were announced in late June. Some potential applicants may incorrectly believe that all of the positions are filled.

ACS has had success recruiting at this facility with the existing and talented labor pool and needs to hire additional people quickly in order to meet the company’s growth. ACS is seeking to hire and train customer care agents and managers immediately. Training classes continue in September and October.

ACS employs approximately 475 people in Colorado.

Since March, ACS has announced it is adding more than 2200 new positions at ten different locations nationwide.
